Newly Rebonded Hair

I just love my sister in law’s newly rebonded hair. The hair color is very visible unlike my hair who have also done this kind of process. Hair rebonding is actually one of the hottest hair trend of today. Curly and thick hair are straighten using a straightening product and hair iron.

The process differs from hair relaxing and other straightening method because Hair rebonding retains the hair’s smoothness and softness for a longer period of time. It also allows you to color your hair a week after the application without damaging or breaking your hair. The whole process takes for 3 to 4 hours to complete. Although the price is higher than any other hair straightening process, hair salons never ran out of customer who wants to try this hair miracle because it is very effective.

In caring for a newly rebonded hair,  use a special shampoo especially formulated for rebonded hair, use a conditioner every time you wash your hair and also use a hair serum or masks at least once a week.

My Mom’s Rihanna Inspired Hairstyle

I was amazingly surprised when I saw my mom’s new profile photo in Facebook with her new look! I actually get used with her long wavy and curly hair and now she got a new haircut. I actually like it cause she also looked good in it. At first glance, I thought it was Rihanna LOL!

This kind of hairstyle reminds me of Rihanna’s new short hairstyle called the pixie cut.

Rihanna with her hair like these carries out this chic short pixie hairstyle to perfection. It’s a fabulous and flexible haircut that suits her perfect heart shaped face.

Your face is very much emphasized by this cut, so you should feel good about your skin and features if you’re going to try this style. Long side-swept bangs make this a great hairstyle for anyone with a high forehead.

This hairstyle is fun and easy to maintain and is also a fabulous option for all ages, hair textures and face shapes. Short haircuts are indeed timeless. They can make you look younger  and they can boost your confidence and simply make you feel more in control. It’s a great option for women who want to project a strong, yet feminine image and spend less time managing their hair.

Caring for My Rebonded Hair

I just had my hair rebonded a few days ago. I was actually just planning to have a hair relax or hair spa or whatever they call it since its quite cheaper than hair rebonding but I was able to avail the  $10  summer promo at my favorite hair salon so I decided to get my hair done through this kind of treatment.

The  hair rebonding process almost took 5 hours since I have a long, thick and wavy hair. The process includes putting of a hair relaxant, steaming, blow drying, hair flattening through the use of hair iron and putting of hair color since I wanted to color my hair (they usually call that process as the hair cellophane).

Now that I have a soft, straight and shiny hair, I really need to take care of my rebonded hair. My hairstylist advised me  to use a shampoo for straight hair, use a conditioner every time I wash my hair, apply a hair serum after towel, oil my hair regularly and use a natural hair masks such as aloe vera gel or olive oil with an egg at least once a week before washing my hair.

I really have to follow what my hairstylist said because I do believe that a hair that is taken care of is definitely frizz free and smooth to touch  specially for a rebonded hair since it is susceptible to dryness. Therefore I must ensure that my hair must remain hydrated and full of life.

Finding the Right Hair Color Products for Me

Suffering from the dryness and unmanageable hair? Yes definitely I am. These past few days, I have noticed that my hair is so dry, damaged and unmanageable  because of the heat since it is summer. Aside from my hair problems, I really wanted to have my hair colored since I am so bored with my long black hair. Ive been looking for the right hair color products that would best match my skin tone.

I do believe that with a little research and some reasonable expectations, I can have that absolutely flattering hair color. So Ive been thinking of going to the beauty salon lately and find help from a professional hairstylist because I know they can advise me on what colors will best suit my skin color and also to maintain my hair color in order keep it looking vibrant. They can do this process much easier and it also prevents any major damage to my hair.
