Knowing your workout effectiveness requires some information. That’s what I have learned when I did my exercise and workout at the gym. My instructor told me that I can use a heart rate monitor or holter system monitor to gather information as it provides some feedback while I workout.

A heart rate monitor can record your exercise sessions over an extended time period. This is very helpful to me since tracking my heart rate and exercise activities also helps to keep me accountable for and on track in meeting my fitness goals.
