I remember 4 months ago when my friend convinced me to join the search for Ms. Education 2010 in our school. My friend’s sister was my make-up artist and she told her sister to put a fake eyelashes on me since I have a short eyelashes. Right after the pageant, I don’t want to remove it because I just love looking at my long and curvy eyelashes. It’s just too bad when tried to removed my make-up, those fake eyelashes of mine was accidentally removed.
I think it would be a great idea if I tried using an eyelash extension instead of a fake one. I have heard from another friend of mine that there is a well known eyelashes extension that works very well. She told me that Lilash has given her the most long term and satisfying lashes. It goes on as simply as liquid eyeliner, gentle & easy to use. Id like to check this one out because because I really want to add some length, thickness and fullness to my natural eyelashes.
You may not believe it but my mom is also a certified Ukay Ukay Shopper like me. Last weekend, we went shopping at Divisoria night cafe since there are lots of Ukay Ukay bargains for sale here such as clothes, shoes, bags, lines, curtains, toys, accessories and so much more.
Did you know that most of my tops, leggings and bags are bought from Ukay Ukay? My mom also prefers to buy some blouses and accessories because aside from the fact that its cheap, we can even haggle specially when we buy bulk items. All those second hand items from Ukay Ukay also has a good quality and it has a unique style and design too.
I don’t care if my sweat is pouring down on me since its too hot and warm at the bargain store but its all worthy when I am able to find some nice items that I like. Most bargains from Ukay Ukay usually ranges from P25 to P150 depending on the kind of items as well as its design.
Ukay Ukay is indeed a unique shopping experience that many of us Filipinos continue to patronize and enjoy. How about you my friends? Are you also a certified Ukay Ukay bargain hunter ?
Me and My Mom’s recent photo while wearing our swimsuits confidently
I know some or most of my fellow mommy friends here would not want or even dare to wear swimsuits nor even two piece at the beach or at the pool but hey! I’m telling you to try and feel don’t despair. With a little creative energy you can turn planning a day at the beach into a day at the beach! The goal, as some experts will say, is to accentuate your positives to begin in selecting the right swimwear for your body type. You just have to play up the feature you admire most about yourself, and if you’re not comfortable with that certain area, just don’t bring attention to it.
In selecting a swimsuit, if you have a pear shaped body, look for a suit that is a solid color from the waist down, with a print, a bold color block, or a ruffle on the top, to draw the eye upward. If your body type is straight which means you have no defined waistline, find a suit that has a pattern at the bust and hip area with a solid at the middle that draws the eyes to the areas you feel confident about. Locking on the right size is also important. While this may sound simple enough, but take note that wearing clothing that doesn’t fit properly is one of the biggest fashion faux pas women make. So be sure to take the time to look and try on until you find the one that’s right for your body.
I hate to admit but I am one of the many people that are suffering from skin that is shiny, greasy and very oily. There are a lot of products that are being advertised on television and we were even enticed to try out this products specially when it is endorsed by a famous celebrity.
But when it comes to oily skin care products and the ingredients that they use, they are no more than fillers of cheap ingredients that can even cause our skin specially to our face to breakout into even more oils, and even the best skin care experts in the world would not advise anyone to use such products.
There are solutions to our dilemma and it is possible to actually help our body from producing too much of the natural oil. We all know that excess oily skin is known for bringing on an onslaught of acne, spots, blackheads and other skin blemishes.
But what can we actually do in order to maintain our appearance without a huge oil slick on our face? Well first of all we just have to make sure to wash our face at least twice a day using warm water and soap, or a soap less cleanser.
To my fellow ladies, make sure to remove your make up before you go to sleep and you should also use products that are water based to prevent any clogging of the pores. Make sure that you also keep a watchful eye on the foods that you eat.Avoid consuming deep fried food and greasy junk food.
If you want a good skin, the most important thing is to take care of it daily. Make it your habit. Your diet also plays an important part, so does getting adequate sleep and exercise.
